In laser system, laser source and beam controller would need to be cooled off. Cooling water is normally required to be between 15℃ to 22℃, with ±1℃ or ±2℃ accuracy, sometimes ±0.1℃. Laser equipments require high cooling water quality with low conductivity and corrosiveness. Contact part with water therefore should be corrosion resistance, normally stainless steel.
Applications of laser chiller
